Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days is the fifth installment of the Kingdom Hearts series, taking place just right before the end of the first game Kingdom Hearts (2002), in-between the event of Chain of Memories, leading directly to Kingdom Hearts 2. The story follows Roxas as the protagonist of this game, following his daily life as the new member of Organization XIII, and follows the friendship that forms between the members, Roxas, Axel, and the other newly requited member, Xion. The game's genre is a mix of an action RPG and hack n' slash just like the other installments of the franchise but there's only some limitations due to the Nintendo DS' controls. There are also two modes to play the game, story mode, and mission mode. In mission mode, it’s possible to play as the other organization members and is even the first game in the series to include a multi-player function.
