Walpole, MA 1961 Annual Report - Lots of Annual Report Reprints for Walpole on ebay for sale but how many originals do you see from 1961?  I'm surmising not too many!

This collectible represents a nice slice of history and includes black-and-white photos of the then "New Fire Chief" Robert M. Gardner and "New Chief of Police" C. William Haggblom, interior pictures of the High School (including the Junior High Cafetorium), listings of the Teachers in Service in December 1961, and more.

The Report, which measures approx. 5 3/4" x 8 3/4", is in Passable/Readable conditionIt has a substantial water stain at the top edge.  The front cover sustained the majority of the water (covering the top portion down to about the middle of the logo), the interior pages were affected but limited to an approx. 1 1/2" x 2" section at the top upper outside corner.

The cover, which has retained a nice green coloring, and all internal pages, which are off-white with cream edges, are firmly attached.  In addition to the water stain mentioned earlier, the front cover has a blemish below "Walpole" and foxing/spotting at the bottom left-hand side, the right-hand edge appears to have a dust shadow; the back cover top edge, center and left-hand edge have various stains (the coffee cup ring is the largest).
