Dollhouse book includes 4 paper dolls (missing Marilla Cuthbert paper doll figure from the original set of 5). Dolls have some edge & corner wear and creasing of their bottom stands. Book has some edge & corner wear as well as some trouble with the inner "rooms" staying flat (may just need to be pushed down/ held open in a more secure manner when used for play).

Still so cute and charming!
