Dispatch, Warranty & Returns

Warranty & Returns

• Refurbished items: 12-month warranty.
• Pre-owned gas valves: 6-month warranty.
• Warranty claim: Please include your invoice (or proof of purchase) and contact details when returning the item. Our engineers will inspect and test the part.
• Faulty item: Return postage costs will be refunded up to £5.
• Non-faulty returns: A 20% restocking fee applies.
• Incorrect item supplied: We will arrange collection and provide the correct replacement.
• Please ensure all returned items are securely packaged and in the same condition as supplied.
• Refunds are made through the original payment method.

• Orders placed before 3:00 pm, Monday–Friday are dispatched the same day.
