BEAUTIFUL vintage artisan/designer crafted ornate sterling silver and lustrous red garnet gemstone band ring, size 7. This gorgeous ring is 5/16” wide and weighs 4.8 grams. It features a wonderful 7 mm by 5 mm highly polished, fiery red garnet cabochon bezel set at center and has a wide band with highly polished rails and a lovely, ornate woven style design that encompasses the entire exterior. This ring cannot be made larger without affecting the exterior design, but a silver insert could be added for a smaller finger. The garnet has a “bubble” type, domed look and a lustrous polish. This stone really glows. The setting is highly polished. This ring is remarkably comfortable and is in very good vintage condition with no damage other than, perhaps, very minor surface wear on the silver. It is not signed, that I could find, but it has been professionally tested as solid sterling silver and the garnet has been examined and verified by a certified gemologist.
