Item is New Old Stock. In Original Plastic and Box. Doors are currently stiff/sealed from long term storage and have been left closed to preserve the original paint finish. The bottom door came open but the others are stuck. I am not forcing them open because I am afraid of damaging. I do not have the expertise to open them.
See pic to confirm light does work. Again, the doors are stuck but I plugged in and the light is perfect. This has never been out of the box. RARE and Exceptional piece.
