A lovely solid wooden bowl, turned from solid wood with a stained and finished body and having a pale rim with a Poker Work Poem By the Famous American Poet and Journalist Frank Lebby Stanton -
"The world that were a livin in is mighty hard to beat.....you get a thorn with every rose but are'nt the roses sweet?
Late 19th to Early 20th Century period.
Aged patina, cleaned and gently waxed.
9 Inches diameter x 4.25 Inches High.
Marks from great age with a warped uneven rim from manufacture.
