What is your refurbishment process (for refurbished items)?
The unit is tested and any components (e.g. internal batteries, belts, pinch rollers, capacitors, motors, etc) are replaced if required. The unit is then serviced and calibrated. On camcorders, a new battery is normally provided. The unit is then given a clean and sanitized. 

 

May I collect the item in person?

Yes, you may use the eBay Click and Collect service (UK only) or if you live near me (I am in Co Armagh, Northern Ireland, UK), please check out and pay online as normal and then contact me to arrange collection in person (no courier collections).
