NM/M (Near Mint / Mint)
- Clean corners with only very minor wear
- Clean edges with minimal whitening
- Clean surface with only tiny print or handling marks

LP (Lightly Played)
- Minor corner wear
- Minor edge whitening/chipping
- Light surface scratches or scuffs
- Small indentation or slight discoloration possible
- No major creases or significant damage

MP (Moderately Played)
- Noticeable corner wear
- Moderate edge wear/whitening
- Multiple surface scratches or scuffs
- Small crease(s), dents, or indentations may be present
- Moderate discoloration or staining possible
- Card remains sleeve playable

HP (Heavily Played) (optional if you use it)
- Heavy corner and edge wear
- Multiple creases or bends
- Heavy scratching, scuffing, or dents
- Noticeable stains or discoloration
- May have minor paper loss

DMG (Damaged)
- Major creases or bends
- Tears or missing pieces
- Water damage or heavy staining
- Major paper loss
- Writing, ink, or severe surface damage
- Card may not be tournament playable
