This is in beautiful condition. Crisp, sharp and clean. It looks to me like it was received over 30 years ago and put directly in a bag with board, not to be removed until I took the photos just now. No writing, no creases, no tears, no stains. Super clean with no musty or smoky odors. Sorry, but I am not going to attempt to guess a grade.
