Super Rare new old stock Cyclo upper jockey / pulley wheel for rear derailleur.  White Nylon , 9 tooth and adjustable ball bearings. I`m not sure of the exact age but would suspect 1950`s to 1960`s. It may be for one of the Benelux models - It will fit most of the Benelux models as it measures 10.9mm wide and has the same 6.5mm clearance hole for the 1/4" mounting bolt. Condition-New old stock without retail packaging.. Please see all photos.
