 COMPLETELY DEAD TV 


Repair service involves you sending in a board for repair and then shipped back to you at no charge.
This is a flat rate testing and repair service, we will attempt to repair any problem with the board within that price as long as the board we receive meets our requirements.
The board we receive must be physically intact and must have not been tampered with or serviced before.
Customer is responsible for S&H costs to our facility.
Once the repair service is purchased, an automated ebay message is sent out with shipping and details.

Unrepairable Boards: If your board cannot be repaired, we will contact you to initiate a refund. 
No repair fee will be charged; however, you are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. 
If your board cannot be repaired and you allow us to recycle it, you will receive a full refund. 

Misdiagnosed/Working Boards: 

Working boards ($30 fee): If we test your board and find it is already fully functional due to a misdiagnosis, a $35.00 fee will apply. 
Testing boards requires significant time and effort. This fee covers our diagnostic time, administrative costs, and 
return S&H.

Repair handling time: 
A normal repair can be completed within 1-2 BUSINESS days while a extensive repair can take 2-10 Business Days.
(example: Board hit by a Lightning or Power Surge)

Shipping Instructions
Please take extra care when packing your board to ensure it arrives safely. Use a strong, oversized corrugated cardboard box. Wrap the board securely in bubble wrap. Leave at least 2 inches of space between the board and all sides of the box. 
Board Requirements
The board must be in good physical condition. We cannot accept boards with visual physical damage, missing components, or prior amateur repair attempts/alterations.
