Up for auction is a vintage Illinois Watch Company size 16 display case, a very desirable style of case for displaying a quality Illinois movement.

This is one of the finer cases in my collection, currently in excellent condition.
The case features glass on both sides, allowing the dial and movement to remain visible when a movement is installed. The outer bezel is marked “ILLINOIS WATCH CO.” and has the classic oversized bow and crown that give these cases such a distinctive appearance.
Overall, the case presents very nicely for its age. Please examine all photos closely for the exact cosmetic condition, including normal age-related wear, marks, scratches, and patina.
