Aftermarket replacement loft hatch latch / catch suitable for Timloc / Timco loft access doors and similar designs.

There are two options, based on the actual twisty part: you have the standard one or the extended. The extended is better for people with potentially arthritis. You also have the two models. One is a little bit thicker than the other, but they are pretty much the same size. 

This part is ideal for replacing a worn or broken loft hatch fastening to restore secure closure of your loft access door.
