Flame height, flame intensity, heat output and burn duration can vary depending on:
• the amount and quality of bioethanol used
• airflow and ventilation
• room or outdoor conditions
• the way the appliance is operated
For this reason, no fixed or guaranteed minimum flame height or exact burn time is promised unless expressly stated by the manufacturer.
These normal variations in flame behaviour do not in themselves indicate a product fault.
Use only suitable bioethanol fuel.
Never refill the burner while it is alight or still hot.
Allow the burner to cool fully before refilling.
Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
Use only in accordance with the supplied instructions.
A product is not considered faulty simply because:
• the flame appears different from expectations
• the burn time differs depending on operating conditions
• the heat output feels different in different spaces
• the product is being assessed against personal preference rather than a manufacturing defect
Minor visual differences caused by photography, lighting or normal finish variation also do not automatically indicate a fault.
