・This product is based on the Kintetsu 10100 series a two-story express train popularly known as the New Vista Car.
・Introducing a lineup that allows you to enjoy the new Vista Car's remodeled form.
・Not only can you recreate the appearance of two or three trains connected together like the real thing but you can also recreate the appearance of the trains displaying a farewell run headmark.
This product recreates the train in its refurbished form completed around 1975. Features added during the refurbishment include a radio antenna on the roof of the front end of the lead car a defroster on the front window and a snowplow under the front floor. The two-story intermediate car the Sa 10200 recreates the window layout interior and presence or absence of a snack bar all of which were changed due to the relocation of the toilet. The nine-car set includes cars 10218 and 10210 without a snack bar. The exterior of the Sa 10200 recreates its later appearance including the blue paint on the bottom of the car body and the removal of the radio receiving antenna on the roof. The six-car set the A-form recreates the V01 form the only non-through leading car the Mo 10100 which had a pillar on the front window. All leading cars except for cars 10106 and 10110 feature illuminated head and tail lights signal lights and limited express markings. White LEDs are used with only the through leading cars equipped with a switch to turn them off. The slotless motor ensures smooth and quiet running. The A and C formations are powered while the B formation is not. Both through-route leading cars are equipped with body-mounted KATO close-coupled couplers (no hooks). The 6-car and 9-car sets come with limited express markings on the non-through-route leading cars and include limited express markings for the through-route leading cars and a front hood for attaching the limited express markings. The C formation (3-car set) comes with limited express markings on both leading cars and includes replacement front hoods for the train without the limited express markings. The included destination boards feature the B-type limited express trains (stopping at major stations) which were the focus of the train's final operations. Included destinations: Osaka-Uehommachi Kashikojima Kyoto Nara Kashihara-Jingu-Mae Nagoya Light Blue and Toba Light Blue. The headmark and return ticket attached during the farewell run are included. The C formation (3-car set) can be stored in the presentation box of the A formation + B formation 6-car set. *Model trains are powered by the rails.
