SCOTT National US Commemoratives album to 1962 Complete in a hard to find 2 post, 2 inch binder which is in hardly used condition. Mylar interleaves are also scarce and are long out of print. There are a handful of pages with black marks and two pages noted where a mount was removed and left a scuff which will be covered by your newly mounted stamp. There are also a few mylar interleaves that are wrinkled or torn.  The album is approx 10"x12"x2" in size. No stamps included. A handful of pages have neatly placed black mounts, saving you money. This out of print binder alone is well worth the starting price.
