Replacement Manthorpe GL250-03 Loft Hatch Twist Latch & Locking Arms

High-quality redesigned replacement parts for the Manthorpe GL250-03 drop-down loft access door.

Compatible with:

• Manthorpe GL250-03 (twist-action catch models)

Please note: These parts are designed for the original twist-latch / three-point catch system used on the GL250-03. They are not intended for later Manthorpe models that use a sliding multi-point catch. If you are unsure which type you have, please send a photo of your existing latch and I’ll be happy to check compatibility for you.

• Pair of Locking Arms (These are now grey in colour as we have improved the material to a Tough yet semi flexible resin material that is designed to not snap yet remain strong.

What the parts are:

1. Central Twist Latch – The front piece that you turn to lock and unlock the loft hatch.
2. Locking Arms – The two arms that extend outwards when you twist the latch to help secure the hatch firmly in place. length is 271.7mm. Colour is grey

Why these parts? Official Manthorpe spare catches and locking arms are not available separately. Replacing a broken latch or arm usually means buying an entire new hatch. These UK-made redesigned parts offer a practical and cost-effective repair.

Installation: Simply remove the broken original parts and fit the new ones in the same orientation. Test the operation of the latch before fully closing the hatch. Basic DIY skills required.
