Description:A Malaya Kedah 1937 Sultan Abdul Hamid Halim Shah group comprising the nine denominations from 10c through $5, each bearing the ruler’s portrait within ornate bilingual frames. The colours correspond well to the recognised denomination run, including the brown and blue 10c, blue and black 12c, scarlet and blue 25c, higher cent values, and the three dollar values. The stamps appear mint hinged rather than never hinged, with original gum visible but hinge marks, disturbance, and some gum-side toning evident on the reverse images. Perforations are generally intact and centring is acceptable to fine overall, varying slightly from stamp to stamp. A collectable complete high-value style Kedah issue in presentable mounted mint condition.
