Lot of 8 Swedish Travel Patches
Original patches made in Sweden
Item Description: Up for sale is a beautiful vintage lot of 8 Swedish travel and hiking patches dedicated to the famous locations in Swedish Lapland: Abisko National Park, Bjorkliden, and Laktatjakko mountain station. All 8 patches in this lot were created by the legendary Swedish souvenir designer Allan Flink Are and are in very good vintage condition (Old Stock / Unused).
List of patches in the lot:
1. Two Oval Patches "Laktatjakko Stugan" - Features the iconic red mountain station hut. Come on original Allan Flink Are backing cards.
2. Triangle Patch "Bjorkliden" - Features the famous Lapporten mountain pass. Comes on the original Allan Flink Are backing card.
3. Small STF (Svenska Turistforeningen) "Hjartklovern" Heart Patch - Rare vintage logo. Please note: this patch was carefully transferred to a clean Flink backing card because its original card was damaged.
4. Hexagon/Diamond Blue Patch "Abisko" - Beautiful design with a reindeer, stars, and mountains on a thick blue felt base. Comes without a backing card.
5. Octagon Blue/White Patch "Abisko" - Classic minimalist design featuring bold typography against a striking blue and white mountain horizon backdrop. Comes on the original Allan Flink backing card.
6. Two Black Rectangular Patches "Laktatjakko" - Sleeve/backpack strips with the local mountain flower (Kantljung). Come without backing cards.
