Macedon. Thessalonika. Circa 187-31 BC. AE20 Head of Janus, bearded / Two Centaurs prancing, each holding branch. Centaurs on ancient coins are NOT common! Looks like the back of another coin got stuck on the die so that one centaur is across from each other. You can see how the the coins was hammered and it also pressed into the 'obverse' - interesting error type
