It is dated for a 1965 event in Madrid, Spain with famous matador, SANTIAGO MARTÍN "EL VITI" and features José Maria Tuser Vázquez artwork. It measures approximately 20.5” x 39” and is in very good condition as it has been folded and stored for decades.
