Up for sale is a beautiful, highly collectible piece of authentic American soda fountain history: an original Arnold No. 15 Automatic Electric Drink Mixer. Manufactured by the renowned Arnold Electric Co. in Racine, Wisconsin during the 1920s, this heavy-duty commercial mixer features a timeless industrial aesthetic that makes an incredible display piece or restoration project.

The mixer features its original metal specification plate identifying it as Model No. 15, Serial No. 327471, rated for 110 Volts and 1/2 Amp. It is built with a heavy, white porcelain-coated cast-iron base and a nickel-plated motor housing. The classic automatic cup-actuated switch arm mechanism is fully intact. The motor *works* and it runs.

• Mechanical/Electrical: Includes the original cloth-covered power cord. I did plug it in and ran it for less than a minute. The activation bar is a little sticky but it turns on and off.
