This version uses our distinctive split-face human skull, created from a scan of an actual skull held in a private collection and extensively prepared for reproduction.
The concealed LED light travels upward through the vertebrae and skull, illuminating the damaged facial structure, nasal cavity, eye sockets and internal anatomy to create a dramatic anatomical display.

Standing approximately 13.5 inches tall, the complete display has been designed to work as both an anatomical centrepiece and a functional atmospheric table lamp.
The split-face skull used in this lamp was developed from a scan of an actual human skull held in a private collection.
Rather than smoothing away the unusual facial damage, we retained the distinctive asymmetry and disrupted bone structure that make this specimen so visually striking.
Unlike a conventional skull lamp, the light does not stop at the base of the cranium.
The cervical vertebrae form part of the illuminated display, allowing light to rise through the spine and into the skull. This creates strong highlights through the vertebral spaces, nasal cavity, eye sockets and fractured facial structure.
Choose between warm white, cool white and daylight illumination to completely change the character of the display.
Warm light creates a softer atmospheric glow, cool white gives a colder clinical appearance, while daylight reveals more of the internal anatomical structure.
Adjust the brightness from a subtle evening glow to a much stronger illuminated display. The dimming control allows the lamp to suit bedrooms, offices, studios, collection rooms, tattoo studios and dramatic retail displays.
The LED module is concealed inside the base rather than being visibly attached around the skull or spine.
This keeps the display clean and uncluttered while directing the light exactly where it has the greatest effect.
At approximately 13.5 inches tall on a substantial 8 x 8 inch base, this is a serious display piece rather than a small novelty lamp. The cervical spine gives the skull additional height and creates a striking museum-style silhouette.
The skull and vertebrae are produced in our Carnivore Studios PLA Bone Composite using high-resolution printing for sharper anatomical detail.
Every piece is hand finished and individually quality checked in our UK workshop. The matte bone-like surface avoids the cheap glossy plastic appearance found on many mass-produced skull decorations.
The photographs show the actual lamp. We do not use AI-generated product images, misleading digital mock-ups or photographs of a different item. The lighting effects, anatomical detail and overall scale shown are from the genuine Carnivore Studios product.

We design, scan, print, assemble and finish our products ourselves. We do not outsource production or use anonymous print farms.
