This uses ASUS's proprietary XG Mobile interface and works ONLY with XG Mobile-compatible ROG Flow devices: Flow X13 (2021–2023), Flow Z13 (2022–2023), and Flow X16 and some models of the ASUS ROG ALLY. It does NOT work with standard laptops via USB-C/Thunderbolt.

WHAT IT DOES:
• Transforms a Flow into a genuine high-end gaming/creative machine — RTX 3080 16GB at 150W, dramatically beyond any thin-and-light's internal GPU
• Built-in 280W power supply — one XG Mobile cable powers the GPU AND charges the laptop; no separate laptop charger needed at the desk
• Full docking station I/O: HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4, 4× USB-A, Gigabit Ethernet and an SD card reader (UHS-II) — a complete one-cable desk setup
• 16GB of VRAM also makes it a very capable CUDA/AI tinkering box if you are interested in that
