Offered is this beautiful pair of weighted Sterling silver candlesticks from the Empire Silver Company of New York.  They are each numbered 44 and stamped Empire Sterling Weighted.  Lovely Gadroon (rope-like) pattern on top rim and base rim.   Each has a Sterling insert which can hold a hurricane type glass globe or just a candle.  These are each marked Empire Sterling on their bottoms.  The candlesticks measure 3 1/4" tall, and with the inserts 4 1/2" tall.  Bases are 3 1/2" diameter.  Total grams for both are 536 grams- the weighted candlesticks without the inserts are 510 grams and the inserts alone are almost 26 grams.  Glass globes are NOT included (just sayin').

Condition of both is very good.  Each base has some small dings, please see the pictures.  They barely show from above the base.  I have polished the set and they look great, however more detailed polishing can be done if desired.
