Terms of Sale

Every disc and tape we ship is individually inspected, photographed, and logged before packing. Our record includes the matrix/IFPI code stamped in the disc hub (or the shell/label markings on VHS), the disc or tape surface, and the case, artwork, and inserts. Returns are matched against that record before a refund is issued.

A full refund is issued when the item comes back complete and in the condition it shipped: same disc or tape, same case, all original inserts and artwork, and any factory shrink or security seal intact.

Items returned with a different hub/matrix code, a broken factory seal, missing inserts or artwork, or new surface damage have lost resale value. In those cases the refund is adjusted for the loss in value under eBay's Condition of Returned Items policy.

Sealed titles: breaking the seal permanently changes the item's condition and value. A sealed item returned opened will be refunded at its value as an opened copy.

Multi-disc sets must be returned complete. Partial returns cannot be refunded.

Payment Information

We accept PayPal, as it is the safest and easiest for buyers. Please pay within 48 hours of purchase, if unpaid after 5 days we will relist your item. The delivery date will be according to the USPS or FedEx tracking system.
