Clean, excellent Blu-Ray. Discs are mint (bonus features disc has never left the case). I can’t detect any dents or imperfections to the case. The external back insert is included. I bought is new from Shout Factory when it came out, opened it and placed it in a plastic protector case (which I’m including). Pictures are of actual item.
