PLEASE, on very rare occasions items can get damaged in the post or even lost. This can happen no matter how much care is taken. Should this unfortunate event happen PLEASE contact me and if needed then refunds are given upon return of item. Also even though I try I may miss something in the listing description, and again if this has happened please contact me. I like to think I am a great Ebay seller and very good with my customers so please do this instead of just leaving unfair feedback with out giving me the courtesy of letting me know first that a postage problem or a missed fault with the item has occurred so I can take measures to sort it out for you. For all other country's I use the Ebay Global Shipping Program that offers both the buyer and seller postal protection. I do not set the postage price that is charged by Ebay and am not able to change it
