In as found condition, For repair, restoration, parts, scrap no returns. See pictures. Make your determination. Fitment of the case it's not the greatest. You can see it in the pictures. Top of the movement when the hands go it's rusted so it doesn't move. I was able to pull the crown but I couldn't turn it. So I hope this helps with determining how to judge the movement.  I don't know if a reinforcement ring is gold or just gold colored but it was weight anyway.

All mechanical watches are only wound 3 to 5 times to see if they are working but are not checked for time kicking or duration, same goes for automatics, they are only moved enough times to see if they work.
