Description
Stunning antique American Brilliant Cut Glass (ABCG) elongated relish or olive dish, dating approximately to the late 19th to early 20th century / American Brilliant Period.
This substantial clear glass dish features exceptionally detailed cutting, including pinwheel/fan motifs, hobstar-style starbursts, crosshatched diamonds, geometric cutting and a deeply cut scalloped/sawtooth rim. Its long, narrow form is characteristic of period relish and olive dishes used on formal dining tables.
Measures approximately 12” long × 5” wide × 2” high.
The deep cutting creates beautiful brilliance and light reflection and makes this an impressive example for an American Brilliant cut-glass collection or antique table setting.
