Although these may be Bi Discs, I think it is more likely that they are antique Chinese jade pieces with a missing rotating center (often referred to as a "spinning center" or "prayer wheel" pendant) is a common, yet often still valuable, item. Missing centers are usually caused by the failure of the original, fragile connector pins, which were designed to allow the central jade disc to spin freely within an outer carved frame. The carving around the inner edges of the center is what makes me think this, but I am not an expert. Please see the photos for detail. You will see the low listing price reflects this.

These pieces were part of a collection we imported from Beijing Arts and Crafts Department in the early 1980s. This Chinese government office as well US customs certified the jade pieces we purchased as antique. At that time, we were importing many items from the Chinese National Arts and Crafts and selling wholesale to antique stores and interior designers. There were not many companies that were invited by the Chinese government to even purchase these types of items; one could purchase a few items from some of the government stores as a tourist, so this was a unique opportunity at that time .
