General Conditions for Returns Grupo Tuardn, hereinafter referred to as THE COMPANY:

The company offers its customers, with the exception of control units or electronic components, and subject to what is accepted in the warranty books according to the type of material, the minimum period of 1 year warranty according to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

If a fault occurs during the warranty period, you must notify and return the item under warranty to THE COMPANY, which will evaluate the part and proceed with either a replacement or a refund. If the part is not defective, you will receive a voucher for the same value, redeemable for in-stock items.

The warranty does not cover labor, defects, or damage caused by part failure, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's maintenance instructions. All replacement parts have a maximum return period of 7 days, provided they are undamaged and accompanied by the original invoice. After this period, no returns will be accepted. This is in accordance with Article 18 of Royal Decree 782/98, implementing Law 11/97 on Packaging and Packaging Waste.

The final holder will be responsible for delivering the used packaging waste for proper environmental management.

Shipping and return costs will be your responsibility.

To make this return, you should know that:
1. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
2. The product must not have been tampered with and retains its warranty seals.
3. The product must not have been mounted on the vehicle.
4. You cannot use the replacement part packaging as a postal package; do not attach the shipping label directly to the replacement part's cardboard box because our company may not accept the product.
5. Depending on the condition of the returned part incomplete, damaged, packaging in poor condition, the refund may be refused.
6. Logically, if the product was not the one ordered or has any defect, this guarantee covers it.

Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all the above conditions are met, THE COMPANY will accept the return of the product and proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method used, and if applicable, send the new product.
