For sake here is a lovely and well done 19th century framed pencil drawing of a country house. Very well executed with expert shading a detailing. The scene is of a side view of a colonial house surrounded by trees in a country setting. Placed behind glass and set into a wood frame with a wood blackboard. Secured with both early and newer tacks and tabs. On the frame it measures 14 1/4 inches wide by 12 1/4 inches tall. Minor staining to the paper, one small corner of glass has a stable crack.
