Engine and gearbox delivery.

For Scottish Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Ireland, Northern Ireland (including BT postcodes), Channel Islands, IOM  please contact us for a quote before purchasing because there will be additional postage charges.  We will not dispatch until these additional charges have been paid.

Please match all parts numbers and codes before purchase.

Bumpers, Panels and bonnets are from a used vehicle may have scuffs and scratches. Please see photo's for condition (please be aware not all marks can be seen on photo's)

Paint & Color Match Policy:

Please note that we cannot guarantee an exact color match to your vehicle. While this panel is listed with its official factory paint code, used body panels have been exposed to different weather elements and UV light, causing natural fading over time. In addition, manufacturers often have slight shade variances for the same paint code. We highly recommend expecting to prep and paint the panel for a flawless match.

Lights: all bulbs supplied with lights are not classed as part of the light and are supplied free of charge. Therefore any bulbs that are not working on arrival will not be quarantined.

We accept returns up to 30 days from receipt of item. All returns postage to be paid by buyer excluding damaged or non-working items.

Delivery postage will be not refunded unless the item is damaged or non-working.

Damaged/non-working items return postage will be paid by ourselves.

Engine and gear box policy. 

All engines & gearboxes will be drained of all fluids for carriage. It is the customer’s responsibility to refill prior to use as any damage incurred as a result of not doing so will again invalidate this warranty. Customer MUST use recommended fluids only. This is a condition of your warranty and should any fault occur, proof of correct fluid purchased will be required.

It is a condition of sale that a new timing belt / cambelt/ chain be fitted to any engines we supply and filled with new oil and that all units be installed, maintained & adjusted by a qualified technician.

Gearboxes must be filled with new oil, recommended by Ford upon installation. Failure to follow this procedure will Result in the guarantee/warranty being rendered null and void.

Failure of an ancillary engine component e.g Manifolds, Water pump, Diesel pump, Gaskets, Turbo, Timing Belt/ Chain, Radiator, Oil Pump, Carburettor / Fuel Injection system, Ignition system, ECU, Distributor, Coolant Hoses etc are not covered under our terms.

We aim to dispatch items purchased as soon as possible; however, there can be a delay at times due to the delivery/courier company. We cannot however be held responsible for goods not delivered on time due to the fault of 3rd party courier.

Occasionally we discover that an item is damaged, and we are unable to ship it. If we are unable to supply at alternative part, we reserve the right to cancel any order and refund the money paid.

A maximum of 30 days warranty is given on Engines and Gearboxes, unless stated different on receipt.

Engines: The term ‘Complete Engine’ refers to, Engine being supplied with head, block, sump, diesel pump, injectors and turbo. No other ancillaries shall be supplied unless specifically agreed when purchasing. Regardless of being supplied these are NOT warrantied part of the engine. UNDER WARRANTY IS BARE ENGINE ONLY!
