This is listed for parts or not working, I do not know what would be required for us to be operational, the gas tank has not been tested for leaks, the gas tank has debris in it and I don't know what is varnish from old gas and or if there's any rust in it. Please use pictures to help determine condition. The gas tank feels fairly solid on the outside. The question mark in the title indicates that I'm not exactly sure if this was a Tecumseh or Briggs & Stratton but I believe it was a Briggs & Stratton however I cannot say for certain. I will likely remove the carburetor mounting bracket and ship it with everything so as to reduce the size of the packaging.
