The back of the card has some whitening that was there when I pulled it. It appears to be in the shape of the textured Dragon Type symbol that is on the front of the card. My guess is that when the card was printed it was laid on top of another sheet of Rayquaza cards before the paint fully dried causing the textured Dragon Type symbol from another card to stick to the back of this one, peeling off some paint. It isn't that noticeable unless you look close, I did my best to photograph this area. (Last 2 photos)
