Die Rache der Kannibalen, Cannibal Ferox (1981) (Uncut)

An expedition to the hell of the cannibals with no return: Three young students travel through the jungle of Colombia. For a scientific paper, the researcher Gloria Davis wants to prove that cannibalism is only a myth that was used for colonization and exploitation of the natives with practically no real basis. But on their excursion into the wilderness, the three young people meet two shady men. Both tell them about a strange tribe in a village nearby. There are still man-eaters there. Finally, the situation between the seemingly cited city dwellers and the locals escalates and leads to a gruesome spectacle.

Umberto Lenzi's CANNIBAL FEROX - REVENGE OF THE CANNIBALS is one of the notorious classics of the genre, which was already considered the ultimate shocker beyond all borders when it was released in the 80s.
