Delivery
This item is in stock for fast dispatch from the UK. Upon dispatching your order you will receive an email notification through eBay to notify you. Please note this email can take up to 12 hours to arrive depending how busy the eBay server is. Your shipping address must be the same as your PayPal address. Surcharge Areas

Unfortunately when it comes to parcel couriers, they apply surcharges to addresses which are not within their usual delivery radius. If your address falls into one of these categories, we will work out the cheapest option and where possible, send out your items without any additional charge to yourself.

Some locations have such high charges that we are unable to absorb the additional cost, and we will contact you to determine if you would like to pay the additional shipping charges or cancel the order.

We do not make any profit from additional shipping charges, and where possible with absorb some of the surcharges ourselves.

95% of our items are shipped tracked, should you not have received your item within the time frames allocated for your service please contact us through eBay and we will check your order.

Payments

We only accept PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. We cannot accept personal or business cheques.

Your shipping address must be the same as your PayPal address. Please note once you complete the checkout process and submit payment, we will not be able to amend or cancel your order.

If you want to change the shipping address, please change it before you make payment as this is not possible after. Should you wish to return your item(s) for whatever reason within 30 working days from purchase you are eligible for a full refund if returned unused and unopened.
