ITEM DESCRIPTION – Although he does not make many pipes these days, Paul Bonaquisti ruled the roost among American pipe makers for many years. He slowed down his production considerably when he opened his own pipe shop in New York back in 2004, and retired earlier this year after 22-years in business. Let's hope he starts making more pipes as they are top shelf high grades all the way! This Bonaquisti large thick bulldog shaped pipe is exceptional, nice rustication and a Military Mount style stem. The tobacco chamber is solid and  clean and the stem is showng clusters of scratching top and bottom at the lip area, but is free of any bite marks.
