Ford Ranger Limited EcoBlue 2019 – Facelift Conversion – Fully Rebuilt Engine – Fresh MOT

Here is my 2019 Ford Ranger Limited EcoBlue, professionally repaired, upgraded and mechanically sorted.

The vehicle was purchased at auction in June 2024 with cosmetic front-end damage. It has since been repaired to a high standard, including a full front-end facelift conversion to the newer model styling, upgraded LED headlights and a professional repaint.

The engine was fully rebuilt by Derek Leech Limited and installed by X-treem Motors Limited in November 2024. During the rebuild, major components including the injectors, vacuum pump and associated parts were replaced. I have supporting bills for the work carried out.

The vehicle has also had specialist ECU work, including unlocking, remapping and optimisation. This part of the process took far longer than expected because the required software patch was not available at the time, which caused a long delay.

To answer the question I keep being asked:
The vehicle has not been kept this long because of a hidden problem. I originally bought it with the intention of converting it into a camper, but I became too busy and simply never had the time to finish that project. The truck has been stored in a garage for over a year and has covered only around 300 miles in the last 15 months.

It now comes with a fresh MOT and is mechanically strong.

Key points:

This is a good opportunity to buy a Ford Ranger that has already had the expensive engine and repair work carried out.

Inspections are welcome. Serious buyers are welcome to ask sensible questions.
