Straps are designed for moderate use but may show wear or unravel over time — this is not covered by warranty.
You can replace them anytime with similar ones without affecting tracker performance.
Strap color is black and high quality. The size is universal: 14 inches for short straps, 18 inches for mid-size straps, and 32 inches for large size straps.
- No cancellations or refunds.
- Buying with an incorrect card is not a valid reason for cancellation.
- Address corrections can only be made within the first hour after purchase; once the shipping label is printed, no changes can be made.
- Even if the buyer reports an emergency or financial issue, refunds are not possible. Our system automatically generates shipping labels immediately after purchase to ensure same-day dispatch.
- Buyer is responsible for providing the correct address and being available to receive delivery.
- Misconfiguration or weak Wi-Fi setup by the user is not covered under warranty.
- All trackers are tested before shipping; defective units may be replaced within 30 days (no refunds).
- Inventory is limited, and every unit is hand-assembled, so please understand that our time and labor are non-refundable.
- If a chargeback is opened by the buyer’s bank, we will submit all evidence — including tracking data, Discord support logs, and purchase communications — to eBay for final resolution.
