Warranty

Chronospride will service every watch sold on our store for up to 1 year after purchase. The warranty covers symptoms such as abnormally gaining time, losing time, or not keeping proper time.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover external damage to the product — including wear to the case, crystal/glass, bezel, bracelet, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps or buckles — nor any other physical damage, third-party repairs or modifications, or water damage (including use beyond the manufacturer’s water-resistance guidelines). Watch batteries are also not covered.

• External wear-and-tear from daily, normal use.
• Damage from dropping or banging the timepiece, or loss of stones/gems on the outer portion.
• A screw-down crown must be kept secure at all times — water damage is not covered by Chronospride nor any manufacturer.

Water Resistance

No wristwatch is truly waterproof. Always ensure the crown and case are screwed down before submerging a diving watch, and rinse with fresh water after exposure to salt water.

Buying an expensive item online can be an anxious process, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — you can have the watch fully inspected locally. If you are not completely satisfied, return your purchase for an exchange or a refund.

• Items must be returned within 30 days, with all retail packaging, tags and labels attached, showing no signs of use.
• For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. For defective or incorrectly supplied items, return postage is refunded to you.
• Please return with tracking and a signed-for delivery service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.
• Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the item. Unless the item was incorrect or defective, the original postage cost is deducted.
• Please do not return watches in a ‘Jiffy’ type bubble envelope — reuse our cardboard box or similar sturdy packaging.
• International customers: mark the customs declaration as “returned unsuitable goods to original vendor”. Any customs charges caused by an incorrect declaration will be deducted from the refund.
