A limited production 1:400 scale diecast model of British Airways Boeing 747-400 G-CIVR “Sweet Chariot” in the special 2003 Rugby World Cup livery, produced by BigBird 400 (Item No. 2004-036).
G-CIVR carried the distinctive Rugby World Cup branding during the 2003 tournament, when England famously lifted the trophy. The Boeing 747-400 served as a flagship aircraft for British Airways for decades, and special liveries such as this remain particularly sought after by collectors of classic BA widebodies.
This model was produced in 2004 in a limited run of only 288 units.
