Every piece is made to order, carefully printed, prepared, assembled, painted when requested, and inspected before being shipped.
We offer multiple sizes, painting options, configurations, and custom services. If you have a specific character, pose, size, or idea in mind, feel free to message us before ordering.
For the best chance of receiving your order before Christmas, we strongly recommend ordering by October 1st.
Orders placed after October 1st may still arrive before Christmas, but Christmas delivery can no longer be guaranteed due to production time, order volume, and potential shipping delays.

Each figure is individually painted by hand using quality acrylic paints. Painting time varies depending on the character, clothing, accessories, effects, and overall detail.
A professionally printed and prepared resin figure for customers who prefer to paint the statue themselves or have it painted separately.
Our prices are based primarily on size, volume, detail, and overall complexity.
The prices below are general guidelines. Extremely detailed characters, unusual designs, large accessories, complicated bases, or extensive special effects may require a custom quote.
Sleek / Normal / Large / Massive describe the approximate volume, detail, and complexity of the statue.
Diorama pricing is for designs featuring more elaborate bases, environments, scenes, or additional elements.
Please note: Painting prices are estimates. Highly detailed characters, complicated costumes, intricate accessories, large weapons, special effects, or elaborate bases may require a custom quote.
Whenever the design and available material allow it, we use embedded magnets in detachable parts to make assembly easier and more secure.
This is particularly useful for larger statues that need to be separated for safe shipping.
Not every component can accommodate magnets. Small, thin, or delicate parts may require traditional assembly methods.
If a figure includes magnetic assembly, it will be shown or mentioned in the listing.
Some characters are available in different poses, outfits, versions, or configurations.
If a listing contains multiple versions, one version will be produced per order. We will contact you after purchase to confirm which version you would like.
If you already know which version you want, you are welcome to message us before purchasing.

Complex custom characters typically range from $200-$400, depending on the character, pose, clothing, accessories, and level of detail.
For an accurate quote, send us as many reference images and details as possible.
Our listed sizes refer to the approximate standing height of the character, not necessarily the total height of the finished statue.
For example:
9" character + 3" base = approximately 12" total statue height
Characters that are sitting, kneeling, crouching, flying, or lying down may have a shorter physical height because of their pose while still being scaled as the equivalent standing character.
If the entire statue, including the base, needs to fit within a specific height or dimension, please contact us before ordering. We can adjust the scale to meet your requirements.
The model is scaled according to the requested size and proportions.
The figure is printed using high-quality resin to capture fine details and small features.
Printed parts are cleaned, cured, inspected, and prepared. Contact areas and joints are sanded where necessary.
Larger figures are typically divided into multiple pieces for easier handling and safer shipping. Magnets are incorporated when appropriate.
Painted figures are individually finished by hand using acrylic paints. Depending on the design, painting can require many hours of detailed work.
Every completed figure is carefully inspected before being packaged and shipped.
Because our figures are made to order, they are not sitting on a shelf waiting to be shipped.
Complex painted figures, large statues, custom projects, and periods of high order volume may require additional time.
Please consider production time when ordering for a specific event or holiday.
Large and delicate statues may be separated into multiple pieces to provide better protection during shipping.
We carefully package each order to help minimize the risk of damage during transportation.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging so we can determine the best solution.
