Black Metal Frame Glass Cloche Dome Hanging Lantern is in good/fair condition.  The rim on the neck of the dome has a slight chip.  The lantern measures 11 3/8" tall without the handle, 18 1/2" tall with the handle upright, 3 1/4" across the top of the lid, and 8" across the base.
