Matching Pair of Antique Metal ( Brass or Bronze ) Finials - early and beautifully formed in the shape of a Federal or Regency era “ urn “ motif. 

These are very small, and the surface is old patina, some rust, and oxidation.  I have not cleaned them and they are an estate sale find. 

The length is approximately 1 1/4 inches ( this does not include the projecting anchor spike ).  The circumference of the base is approximately 7/16 on an inch and the spike projects out almost 3/8 of an inch.

These appear to be brass or bronze.  Heavy and quality cast.
