GARRETT WARRANTY/RETURNS POLICY:

Limited Warranty Garrett Turbo Technologies warrants to the original purchaser of its Turbocharger Products that such Turbocharger Products will, for a period of 1 year from date of shipment and subject to the Limitations on Warranty, be free from defects in materials and workmanship. For approved warranty claims Garrett Turbo Technologies will, at its sole discretion, either credit the original purchaser in an amount equal to the original purchase price, or replace the applicable product free of charge, within 60 days of Garrett Turbo Technologies’ approval. This is purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy and provides the complete financial responsibility of Garrett Turbo Technologies for a warranty claim. To be eligible for reimbursement, Customer must (a) submit all warranty claims to Garrett Turbo Technologies within 30 days of the discovery of the alleged product defect; and (b) complete and return a Returned Material Authorization Form. Consumers are required to work through Honeywell’s distributors in order to process any warranty claims. When Garrett Turbo Technologies requires the examination of a failed part, Garrett Turbo Technologies will promptly notify Customer and will await receipt of the failed part before further processing the warranty claim. If Garrett Turbo Technologies ultimately determines that the failed part is covered under the Limited Warranty, Garrett Turbo Technologies will reimburse Customer for the actual cost of ground shipment for any part found to be defective.

Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

Special order items from overseas or special order will be accepted for return but a 20% restocking fee will be applied

WHAT can be returned?

Not all items are subject to our standard returns policy. Items that are special order are subject to a return policy outline between JDM Mods NQ and the customer at time of purchase.

Once a product has been test fitted, installed or used it can no longer be returned.

JDM Mods NQ Returns Policy:

Returns for this product are accepted only due to the product being faulty from a manufacturing issue and will not be accepted for any other reason.

All returns will be less the original or "Free Freight" cost of the original shipping. Any returns other than a faulty product will also incur a 10% restocking fee.

The return period for any of the above is 30 days only. All returned products must be returned in a re-sellable condition and will be thoroughly inspected before any sort of refund is issued. Items not meeting this standard will be returned at the BUYERS expense.

All GARRETT products are thoroughly inspected and packaged with the greatest care before shipping.

Please note the free shipping of 3-6 business days. WE ARE located in Townsville North QLD, it takes 3 days to Brisbane, 3-6 to NSW, ACT & VIC, 6-10 TAS & SA and 10-14 WA & NT for free freight! Most products come with a freight charge now but please be aware of that when taking the free freight option which is just standard slow freight.

Express freight is available in the postage section for an extra cost.

International freight is also available in Standard and Express which is calculated by eBay.

ALL OUR FREIGHT IS THROUGH AUSTRALIA POST AND SOME OTHER CARRIERS FOR LARGER/BULKY ITEMS.
