I have owned this for a little over 2 years, I have gone through the whole vehicle bit by bit and driven it daily for this time so I can genuinely jump in and drive it anywhere no issues. 

The truck started out its life with a power company as a mobile canteen so avoided all the heavy work. Then went off to an archeological dig where it doubled as a canteen and artifact washer in the rear sink area.  

In my ownership I have brought the whole truck back up to mechanical health and have done the following work.

New clutch with master cylinder and slave

Rebuilt turbo 

Mechanical fuel pump upgrade (very sought after)

4 new tyres 

Rebuilt rear calipers 

Portal axle fluids changed 

Diffs serviced 

Gearbox serviced 

Engine serviced, fuel filters, oil and filter 

Refurbished injectors 

Customer stainless steel exhaust from turbo and stacker up side of cab

Engine/Gearbox

Fitted with OM602 2.9 Turbo (same as sprinter)

Making this one of only 70 RHD trucks made 5 speed manual capable of 55mph 

New turbo has just been run in and has an adjustable actuator currently 100bhp but can now turn up to 150bhp if you want. 

All diff locks and centre locks working perfectly and low range. 

Box 

The box has been painted in tintable raptor, so is hard wearing and durable so no worrying about scratches on the box. Framed in black raptor edges.

The box is a GRP 1” thick with compressed insulation so thin light and stays warm. 

Has 2 in built boxes that form the chairs inside. 4 further boxes underneath for additional storage. All locks work.

The roof is fitted with a full platform which you can walk on with 2 solar panels 300w each

Rotating ladder to access roof. 

Side awning roll out 3meter no leg poles required, front bumper mounted parasol, overhangs and winds. 

Interior has all been freshly installed, bottom half is carpet, upper half is imitation leather. Ceiling is from acoustic foam squares, giving insulation and good sound properties in the back. 

All new imitation leather seating in black with blue diamond stitch.

Front converts into a stubby double bed. We have removed the front seating when going away longer trips and replaced with a mattress but great as overnight sleeping with additional cushion.

New kitchen Lino floor grey.

Back bench similar can either sleep on cushion or remove for camping mattress. 

Sleeps 3 adults comfortably. 

Canadian maple work counter in great condition with lots of storage underneath, could easily be changed into a shower and bathroom area if going the next full off grid step. 

Walls done in adhesive tiles in this area

Overhead cupboards along passenger side. 

Additional storage above cab area.

Cab

The interior has had a full refresh,

Fitted with freshly retrimmed sprinter seats in black imitation leather and suede centres with diamond blue stitching

Matching door cards

This is a comfort cab so has upholsterer ceiling and back panel also. 

Dash has been hydro dipped in carbon effect with blue fleck looks very fresh and in keeping with Mercedes 

Has apple car play head unit fitted. 

Additional storage underneath front seats. 

Black raptor floor, looks good and hard wearing. 

This has had a commercial exterior respray in Subaru blue, so it’s not perfect but covers the cab well was done a couple of years ago and is showing a bit of rust around the edges again now. 

Next stage to add value would be lift the cab off and couple of patches underneath and full in and out respray. But very presentable still and can be used.
