If you need to return your product, please open a return case on eBay and select "Didn't like item" or "Changed mind" as the reason. We will provide a free return label via email, and you will receive a full refund with no extra fees, provided the item is returned in its original, purchased condition.

Please note that if the item is returned with damage, we reserve the right to deduct up to 50% from your refund, subject to our inspection.

You are also welcome to open a case under reasons such as "Item defective" or "Wrong item sent" if applicable. However, please be aware that we still reserve the right to deduct up to 50% of the refund value if the item has sustained any separate damage due to user error. We kindly ask that you fully document all issues with photos or descriptions before opening your return case.

Please do not return the goods on your own without contacting us in advance. Sending items to an incorrect address without prior authorisation may result in our failure to receive your parcel, which will delay or hinder your refund review process. Feel free to message us first if you need to return an item, and we will gladly provide any information you might need.

Warranty and Returns Policy

1-Year Warranty (Where stated)

If your item develops a fault within the first year, please return it to the address provided below and we will arrange for it to be repaired.

Repairs are typically completed within 3–4 working days. If the item cannot be repaired, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.

When returning an item, please include:

• Your full name
• eBay user ID
• Warranty sticker number
• Return address
• A brief description of the fault

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Once the repair is complete, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to you.

Batteries are not covered under the warranty, as they naturally deteriorate over time. We only guarantee that the battery will function upon arrival.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage (e.g., screen damage, liquid damage).

Any warranty claim will be invalid if the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with unless we've agreed to remove it over eBay messages.

30-Day Warranty (Used Items)

In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged, Techsel Ltd will cover the return postage costs, in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations.

The warranty excludes:

• Battery life on laptops
• Damage caused by misuse (e.g., pressure marks, cracks, water damage)
• Software-related issues (e.g., Windows malfunctions, errors)

All items are security-marked, and warranty/serial number stickers must remain intact for the warranty to apply.

Returns (General Policy)

We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day returns policy for peace of mind.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition with all accessories for a full refund.

Unwanted or incorrectly purchased software and new items must be returned unopened.

If you have any issues with your item, please contact us before raising a claim — we will work with you to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently.

Returns for Faulty / Spares / Repair Items

If you return an item that was clearly described as faulty, for parts, or for repair without a valid reason agreed by us, you will be responsible for paying the return postage label fee and a 5% restocking fee, unless the item is not as described.

If we determine that the return process has been misused (e.g., selecting an incorrect return reason to avoid postage costs), we reserve the right to report the case to eBay for investigation.

For returns where the item is not sold as faulty and the reason is “Change of mind” or “Ordered by mistake”, the same 5% restocking fee will apply, but we will cover the return label cost.

Any misuse of the returns process may result in the matter being reported to eBay for review.
